General Terms and Privacy Policy Disclosure
In these Terms of Use, the words “us”, “our” and “we”, the “Company” or “Rockdoc” refers to Rockdoc Consulting Inc., a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the words “you”, “your”, ”I”, “Client” or “Patient” refers to: (a) any persons who accesses or otherwise uses this website (the “Website”); and (b) any person who has agreed to participate in any of Rockdoc’s programs (a “Program” or “Programs”) by clicking “I AGREE” to those Program-specific terms.
Section A – General Terms of Use for All Users
General Terms
- These Terms of Use and any other Program-specific terms that you agree to shall govern the relationship between you and us.
- You understand that Rockdoc nor its staff, affiliates or any partners are acting in any way as your personal medical service provider or medical practitioner. The consultation services referred to in this Website and rendered under any of the specific Programs being offered do not replace treatment by your own medical service provider or medical practitioner, and you assume complete and full responsibility to take appropriate action with the information contained on this Website and the results provided by any Program that you choose to participate in. You agree that you will seek independent medical advice, care and treatment from your own personal medical service provider, medical practitioner, and/or your own local health authority if you have any further questions or concerns.
- Without limitation, you may not use (or allow anyone else to use) the Program or any services we render to you to:
- use, possess, post, upload, transmit, disseminate or otherwise make available content that is unlawful or violates the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others;
- participate in any illegal soliciting or gaming schemes;
- attempt to use the Program in such a manner so as to avoid incurring charges for usage;
- participate in any fraudulent activities, including impersonating any person or entity or forging anyone else’s digital or manual signature. You assume all risks regarding the determination of whether material is in the public domain;
- invade another person’s privacy, or collect or store personal data about other users, or stalk or harass another person or entity;
- access any computer, software, date or any confidential, copyright-protected or patent-protected material of any other person, without the knowledge and consent of that person, or to use any tools designed to facilitate access, such as packet sniffers;
- upload, post, publish, deface, modify, transmit, reproduce, distribute in any way or otherwise make available information, software, content (including the Content), or other material protected by copyright or other proprietary or contractual right or related derivative works, without obtaining the permission of the copyright holder or rightsholder;
- use, reproduce, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the Program for any commercial purposes;
- copy, distribute, sub-license or otherwise make available any Third-Party Software or Content except as authorized by us;
- restrict, inhibit or interfere with the ability of any person to access, use or enjoy the Internet, the Program or any equipment used to connect to the Program;
- disrupt any backbone network nodes or network service or otherwise restrict, inhibit, disrupt or impede our ability to monitor or deliver the Program, our transmissions or data; interfere with computer networking or telecommunications service to or from any Internet user, host, provider or network, including but not limited to denying service attached, overloading a service, improperly seizing or abusing operator privileges or attempting to crash a host;
- use the Program for anything other than your own personal purposes, or share or transfer your Program without our express consent;
- operate a server in connection with the Program, including, but not limited to, mail, news, file, gopher, telnet, chat, Web or host configurations servers, multimedia streamers or multi-user interactive forums;
- impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a Company official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the original or any content transmitted through the Program; or
- port scan a person’s computer without that person’s consent or use any tools designed to facilitate these scans.
- You are responsible for any misuse of the Program, by yourself or by any person with access to the Program through your digital devices or your account. You must, therefore, take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to the Program through any means, including, without limitation, wireless networking and wired networking. The Program may not be used to breach the security of another user or to attempt to gain access to any other person’s equipment, software or data, without the knowledge and consent of that person. Additionally, the Program may not be used in any attempt to circumvent the user authentication or security of any host, network, or account, including without limitation, accessing data not intended for you, logging into or making use of a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other networks. Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security, such as password guessing programs, cracking tools, packet sniffers or network probing tools, is prohibited. You may not disrupt the Program. The Program also may not be used to interfere with computer networking or telecommunications services to any user, host or network, including without limitation, denial of service attacks, flooding of a network, overloading a service, improper seizing and abuse of operator privileges and/or attempts to crash a host. The transmission or dissemination of any information or software that contains a virus or other harmful feature is also prohibited. You are solely responsible for the security of any digital device you choose to connect to the Program, including any data stored on that device. You may not access the Program using a rooted or jailbroken device. In particular, Rockdoc recommends against enabling file or printer sharing of any sort. Rockdoc recommends that any files or services you do choose to make available for remote access be protected with a strong password or as otherwise appropriate.
- Although Rockdoc takes all possible steps to ensure the accuracy of the information or content included on this website, no assurance is given that information or content is up-to-date, accurate, error-free or complete. Rockdoc takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or content of this platform. Rockdoc reserves the right to correct, change or update information at any time without prior notice. None of the information or content made available on the website is medical advice, treatment, diagnosis or an endorsement, representation or warranty that any particular product, service, medication or treatment is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Any information or content is solely for information purposes.
- I hereby consent for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily agree to this Program and waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this Program, and do hereby release and forever discharge Rockdoc, its laboratory partners, and their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury or loss, including but not limited to cancellation or interruption of my planned travel, illness, paralysis, death, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in this activity, including traveling to and from any location related to this activity.
- Rockdoc may contact you outside of regular business hours for time-sensitive matters to discuss your appointment or Results, at Rockdoc’s sole discretion.
Privacy Policy Disclosure
- Cookies are small data files that are commonly stored on your device when you browse and use websites and online services. They are widely used to make websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information and assist with service or advertising personalization. Cookies are not the only types of technology that enable this functionality; we also use other, similar types of technologies.
- We may use other technologies that are similar to cookies, such as browser storage and plugins (e.g., HTML5, IndexedDB, and WebSQL). Like cookies, some of these technologies may store small amounts of data on your device. We may use these and various other technologies for similar purposes as cookies, such as enforcing our terms, preventing fraud, and analyzing the use of our service. - By providing us with your e-mail address, you consent to receiving certain other communications from us, such as newsletters about new features and content, special offers, promotional announcements and customer surveys via e-mail or other methods. In order to change your e-mail address for communications, or if you no longer wish to receive certain non-transactional communications, simply go to the bottom of the e-mail and select either the hyperlink text “You can update your preferences” or “unsubscribe from this list” respectively.
- We may act as agent for or may use other companies, pharmacies, or contractors (“Service Providers”) to perform services on your behalf or to assist us with the provision of services to you. For example, we may engage Service Providers to provide marketing, advertising, communications, infrastructure and IT service, to personalize and optimize our service, to process credit card transactions or other payment methods, to provide customer service, to collect debts, to analyze and enhance data (including data about users’ interactions with our service), to process and administer consumer surveys or at your sole discretion with Rockdoc acting as agent, community partner pharmacies to fulfill your prescriptions and administer vaccinations. In the course of providing such services, these Service Providers may have access to your personal or other private information (the “Private Information”).
- Rockdoc’s services under the Program are not intended for children under the age of majority in the jurisdiction within which they reside to use without parental supervision. Rockdoc does not knowingly collect or maintain any Private Information from anyone under the age of majority on the service, nor does it knowingly provide services to those under the age of majority. By registering and using the service, the user warrants that they have reached the age of majority in their Province, State, Territory, or jurisdiction (as the case may be) or is accessing the service with parental consent. If an individual under the age of majority in their Province, Territory, or jurisdiction is found to have registered by falsely claiming to be the appropriate age during registration, Rockdoc will delete the account and will remove and/or delete any personal information that may have been submitted by that individual.
- Rockdoc does not use or disclose Private Information for purposes other than those for which it was collected (as set forth herein), except with the consent of the individual or as required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Rockdoc or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Rockdoc; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Rockdoc, or the public. However, Rockdoc may share anonymous information about the use of the service with a customer’s Internet service provider or cable operator for the offering, operation, improvement, and payment of this service as well as to identify you and the service or services for which you have paid. Information collected and/or transmitted by Rockdoc may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is stored and/or transmitted. Except in cases where you have otherwise explicitly consented to, Rockdoc retains personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. If your account is cancelled, Rockdoc may retain your personal information for up to twenty-four months, or such other period as required by law, and will then delete it.In addition, the Private Information may be transmitted via electronic means, including but not limited to unencrypted email, or third-party applications. Moreover, the Private Information may be stored outside of Canada.
- An officer has been appointed as the Privacy Officer at Rockdoc. The Privacy Officer is accountable for all personal information at Rockdoc. - FURTHER LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. THIS SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED BY THE SITE(S) ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. - Force Majeure: Rockdoc will not be liable for any delay or failure caused by (a) acts of God/natural disasters (including hurricanes and earthquakes); (b) disease, epidemic, or pandemic; (c) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, armed conflict, sanctions or embargoes; (d) nuclear, chemical, or biological contamination; (e) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion, or accident; (f) labor or trade strikes; (g) interruption, loss, or malfunction of a utility, transportation, or telecommunications service; (h) any order by a government or public authority, including a quarantine, travel restriction, or other prohibition; or (i) any other circumstance not within Rockdoc’s reasonable control, whether or not foreseeable (each a “Force Majeure Event”). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Rockdoc shall be relieved from full performance of the contractual obligation until the event passes or no longer prevents performance.
- Arbitration: All disputes or questions touching on these Terms of Use or as to any act, deed or omission or the rights, duties, or liabilities of any of the parties under these Terms of Use will be referred to arbitration before a single arbitrator in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Arbitration Act of British Columbia and amendments or replacements thereto. The place of arbitration shall be the City of Vancouver, Province of British Columbia, Canada.
- Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall in all respects be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada applicable to contracts entered into and fully performed therein, and the applicable sections of the Copyright Act and any other applicable copyright law.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, any subscription terms, any other documents referred to in these Terms of Use.
- Severability: If any provisions of these Terms of Use are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that determination shall not affect the remaining provisions. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to give effect to Rockdoc’s original intentions and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use. We may assign or transfer these Terms of Use or any of our rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without your consent.
- Remedy: If you are dissatisfied with this website or with these Terms of Use, then your sole remedy is to stop using the Website and the Program.

SECTION B – Specific Terms of Use for Virtual Travel Clinics Participants
This Section applies to all persons who has agreed to be a client and/or patient of Rockdoc’s private Virtual Travel Clinics Program hereunder (referred to as the “VTC Program”) by clicking “I AGREE” accordingly.
- You, as a participant of the VTC Program, agree to everything contained in this Section B as well as all of Section A.
- You agree to abide by our appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy, specifically as follows:
- If you cancel or reschedule with more than SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS’ notice, you agree to pay an administrative fee to us of TWENTY-FIVE CANADIAN DOLLARS ($25 CAD).
- If you cancel or reschedule with between SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS’ and TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS’ notice, you agree to pay an administrative fee to us of FIFTY CANADIAN DOLLARS ($50 CAD).
- If you cancel with less than TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS’ notice, or alternatively, if you are late more than FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES for your appointment, you acknowledge that you will be deemed to have missed your appointment entirely and will have forfeited your entire appointment fee.
- If you reschedule your appointment with more than SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS’ notice, a fee will not be applied. If you reschedule your appointment with SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS’ TO TWENTY FOUR (24) hours notice, You agree to pay an administrative fee to us of TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25 CAD).
- You agree that you cannot change your appointment time within TWENTY FOUR (24) hours notice.
- Your appointment will be rescheduled if the intake form is not completed at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
- We advise, and you confirm that there are no refunds on vaccine purchases.
- You confirm that you are participating in the VTC Program on an entirely voluntary basis.
- You understand that by participating in the VTC Program, you will be releasing certain private information about yourself, including medical information and other private information (altogether along with the Private Information set out in Section A referred to as the “VTC Private Information”). You acknowledge that the VTC Private Information may be transmitted via electronic means, including but not limited to email, texting, or via certain mobile applications, and you consent to such transmission despite the possible risks inherent in handling information electronically in this manner.
- You hereby authorize the release of your VTC Private Information (a) to you to the email address that you have provided to us, and/or by text message to the phone number that you have provided to us; and (b) to those entities managing the mobile applications and related software that we have authorized for the handling and dissemination of the VTC Private Information either through electronic means as noted above or by mail or facsimile transmission; and (c) to relevant public health authorities on a “need-to-know” basis or as otherwise legally required.
- We advise, and you confirm your understanding that the delivery times for the purchased travel-related medications or other over-the-counter medications and the VTC Private Information provided from or to our community partner pharmacies that you choose to utilize to fulfill your prescriptions or administer your vaccines under the VTC Program, will be met on a best-efforts basis, but that no specific time frame has been guaranteed.
- As part of the VTC Program, we may recommend certain pharmacies to you that may be conveniently located near you so that you can fulfill any medicinal needs from them, which may include travel-related medications, vaccinations or other over-the-counter medications. We will also, in certain cases where appropriate, offer consulting services for fixed service fees which include marketing, client scheduling, information technology, merchant services, general administrative and other related services to those pharmacies while assisting you under the VTC Program. You acknowledge that this does not mean we are recommending any particular pharmacy for any services, and you are under no obligation to utilize any of the pharmacies that we recommend and further acknowledge that prescription fulfillment, medication dispensing and vaccine administration are the sole responsibility of the pharmacy, and Rockdoc acts only as an agent for them in the collection and aggregation of information and accepts no responsibility and provides no warranty for any services provided by any pharmacy you select to utilize, including those recommended by us. Moreover, you acknowledge that we do not offer any inducements, incentives or discounts for using any pharmacy that we recommend to you and that you will be paying the same market prices for goods and services as any of their other customers.
- Should you require medical care or treatment or if you are denied entry to any destination, you agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred for such treatment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockdoc and their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for any fees, costs, liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by you or anyone on your behalf, including legal fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by you or by anyone else acting on your behalf.
- If you select a specific VTC travel medical consultation service for a defined travel health risk or destination type (i.e. Traveler’s Diarrhea, Malaria, Yellow Fever, Resort Travel, Altitude Sickness, Religious Travel and/or others as outlined on the website), and, during the course of the VTC consultation it becomes apparent that the travel risks associated with the destination(s) you are travelling to extend beyond the selected service or risk, you agree to an automatic upgrade to the Comprehensive consultation service, which covers multiple medical travel risks and incurs and associated fee. This automatic upgrade will apply if you require advice, medications or prescriptions, or recommendations for medical conditions or travel health risks not covered by your initial service consult selection. You understand that this automatic upgrade is necessary to ensure you receive adequate guidance for your upcoming travels based on the destinations you intend on traveling to. Rockdoc will inform you of the upgrade and the associated fee before proceeding with the Comprehensive consultation service. You will have the opportunity to consent to the upgrade or decline it, noting the initial consultation fee will not be refundable should you decline to upgrade your service.
SECTION C – Specific Terms of Use for COVID-19 Testing Participants
This Section applies to all persons who has agreed to be a client and/or patient of Rockdoc’s private COVID-19 Testing Program hereunder (referred to as the “C19 Program”) by clicking “I AGREE” accordingly.
- You, as a participant of the C19 Program, agree to everything contained in this Section C as well as all of Section A.
- You agree to abide by Rockdoc ‘s cancellation and rescheduling policy respecting appointments. Specifically, if you cancel or reschedule with more than SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS’ notice, you agree to pay an administrative fee to Rockdoc of TWENTY-FIVE CANADIAN DOLLARS ($25 CAD). If you cancel or reschedule with less than SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS’ notice, you agree to pay an administrative fee to Rockdoc of SIXTY CANADIAN DOLLARS ($60 CAD). If you cancel with less than TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS’ notice, or If you am later than FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES for your appointment, you acknowledge that you will be deemed to have missed your appointment entirely and will have forfeited your entire appointment fee.
- I confirm that I am undergoing this private Covid-19 test (the “Test”) on an entirely voluntary basis and I confirm that I do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 AND: (i) I am fully vaccinated and have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days, OR: (ii) I am not fully vaccinated, and have not come into unmasked contact with a known positive COVID-19 case for more than 10 minutes or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days.
- I understand that by submitting to the Test, I will be releasing certain private information about myself (including the information in this form and any other medical information I disclose to Rockdoc and its staff during the Test), and that the results of the Test (the “Results”) are also considered part of my private information (altogether along with the Private Information set out in Section A referred to as the “C19 Private Information”). The C19 Private Information may be transmitted via electronic means, including but not limited to email, texting, or via certain mobile applications.
- I hereby authorize the release of my C19 Private Information (a) to me to my email address or by text message to my phone number, both set out above; and (b) to those entities managing approved mobile applications and related software for the handling and dissemination of the C19 Private Information through electronic means, as noted above; and (c) to relevant public health authorities on a “need-to-know” basis, having regard to the infectious nature of COVID-19 as a serious communicable disease and the current pandemic situation in and throughout Canada and the world. I also acknowledge that the Results may also be anonymously pooled with the results of other persons in order to determine community prevalence or other statistics related to COVID-19, and these results may be reported or published.
- I authorize Rockdoc, its staff and laboratory partners to conduct and coordinate specimen collection, swab storage, transportation, testing, and reporting for COVID-19 via a bilateral anterior nasal or other alternative swab (altogether the “Services”). As with any biological test, I understand that there is the potential for false positive or false negative results. I hereby recognize that Rockdoc is relying on third party efforts, data and laboratories and agree to hold Rockdoc harmless and clear of any liability if Test results are not accurate. In particular, I hereby release and hold Rockdoc harmless from all liabilities in the event that the Test yield results that do not meet the entry requirements of any country or if Test results are not accepted by departing or arrival airports or authorities for any reason.
- I understand that Test turnaround times will be met on a best-efforts basis, but that no specific time frame has been guaranteed.
- If my Test is reported as positive for COVID-19, I may be contacted directly by Rockdoc and by the appropriate public health authority and may be asked to attend a public health or other location for additional testing. I also acknowledge that a positive Test result means that I must self-isolate and comply with all directives provided by relevant public health.
- I understand that neither Rockdoc nor its laboratory partners are acting as my medical service provider or medical practitioner, this testing does not replace treatment by my medical service provider or medical practitioner, and I assume complete and full responsibility to take appropriate action with regards to the Test I agree I will seek medical advice, care and treatment from my medical provider and local health authority if I have questions or concerns.
- Should I require medical care or treatment or if I am denied entry to any destination, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred for such treatment. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockdoc and their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for any fees, costs, liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including legal fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf.
SECTION D – Specific Terms of Use for Tuberculosis Skin Testing Participants
This Section applies to all persons who has agreed to be a client and/or patient of Rockdoc’s private Tuberculosis Skin Testing Program hereunder (referred to as the “TB Program”) by clicking “I AGREE” accordingly.
- You, as a participant of the TB Program, agree to everything contained in this Section D as well as all of Section A.
- The TB Skin Test is completed over two appointments. The second appointment must be completed within 48-72 hours of the first appointment in order for the test results to be valid. I understand it is my full responsibility to ensure that my second test is scheduled within this window.
- I agree to abide by Rockdoc’s cancellation and rescheduling policy respecting TB Skin Testing appointments.
- Specifically, if you cancel or reschedule my first appointment with more than TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS’ notice, you agree to pay an administrative fee to Rockdoc of TWENTY-FIVE CANADIAN DOLLARS ($25 CAD). If you cancel your first appointment with less than TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS’ notice, or If you are later than FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES for your appointment, you acknowledge that you will be deemed to have missed your first appointment entirely and will have forfeited the entire testing fee. If you reschedule your second appointment so it takes place within FORTY-EIGHT to SEVENTY-TWO (48-72) hours of your first appointment there is no fee. If you are later than FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES for your second appointment, you acknowledge that you may be deemed to have missed your second appointment entirely and will have forfeited your entire testing fee. You can rebook both appointments for TB Skin Testing at a discounted price of FORTY-NINE CANADIAN DOLLARS and NINETY-NINE CENTS ($49.99 CAD).
- I confirm that I am undergoing this Tuberculosis Skin Test (the “TB Skin Test”) with Rockdoc on an entirely voluntary basis.
- I understand that by completing a TB Skin Test, I will be releasing certain private information about myself (including the information in this form and any other medical information I disclose to Rockdoc and its staff during the TB Skin Test), and that results of my TB Skin Test (the “Results”) are also considered part of my private information (altogether along with the Private Information set forth in Section A referred to as the “TB Private Information”). The TB Private Information may be transmitted via electronic means, including but not limited to email, texting, or via certain mobile applications.
- I hereby authorize the release of my TB Private Information (a) to me to my email address or by text message to my phone number, both set out above; and (b) to those entities managing approved mobile applications and related software for the handling and dissemination of the TB Private Information through electronic means, as noted above; and (c) to relevant public health authorities on a “need- to-know” basis.
- I understand that neither Rockdoc nor its staff, affiliates or any partners are acting as my medical service provider or medical practitioner, this TB Skin Test does not replace treatment by my medical service provider or medical practitioner, and I assume complete and full responsibility to take appropriate action with regards to the TB Skin Test. I agree I will seek medical advice, care and treatment from my medical provider and local health authority if I have questions or concerns.
- I hereby consent for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily agree to this TB Skin Test and waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this TB Skin Test, and do hereby release and forever discharge Rockdoc, its laboratory partners, and their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury or loss, including but not limited to cancellation or interruption of my planned travel, illness, paralysis, death, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in this activity, including traveling to and from any location related to this activity.
